The unrevealed cultural dishes of Nepal

Currently me and my wife Samjhana Bishankhe who started www.flavoursofnepal.com are working on a cooking book of all traditional dishes of Nepal. While traveling Nepal we found for many people unknown dishes and ingredients and we decided it’s time to share that with the world.

Currently we are still working on the cookbook that will contain more than 450 recipes and imagery of all the traditional Nepalese kitchen. Beside this it will contain imagery and stories of more than 100 different ingredients, spices and herbs.

In Nepal and the Netherlands we organize cooking classes. For this we finished a Free-ebook to share with the participants.
